Dialysis may be part of your life now, but it doesn’t have to define it.
Hearing that you need dialysis can turn life upside down. Suddenly there are new words to learn, new limits on what you eat and drink, and hours of treatment to fit into every week. That’s true for you and for the people who love you.
Medicura was founded so that no one would have to face that alone. We believed a dialysis centre should be more than a room full of machines. It should be a place where you’re known by name, where your family’s questions are welcome, and where care carries on after your session ends.
We call it Caring Beyond Boundaries, and it’s the promise behind everything we do.

Dr. Sivasakthi Sellvam
Dr. Sivasakthi Sellvam is a highly skilled primary care physician and certified occupational health doctor, with extensive experience in family medicine and sexual health. After completing his housemanship and serving as an Emergency Medical Officer at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, he honed his skills in primary care at Klinik Kesihatan Rembau and in private practice. In 2023, Dr. Siva co-founded Klinik Medicura, with a focus on providing affordable, inclusive, and quality healthcare.
Dr. Siva is known for his compassionate and approachable nature, blending warmth with professionalism in his care. His patient-centered approach fosters trust and creates a supportive, inclusive environment for individuals from all backgrounds. He designs personalised healthcare plans that empower patients to enhance their well-being and lead fulfilling lives. His focus on preventative care includes integrating lifestyle changes, stress management, and nutritional guidance to support longterm health.
