Send Medical Records
Share your referral letter, recent blood test results, and hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV screening results. If you’re already on dialysis, please include your latest treatment records as well.
Medical Assessment
Our nephrologist and nursing team review your records and assess your condition. We’ll also help you check your eligibility for sponsorship or panel coverage, such as PERKESO, Zakat or JPA.
